Where is my order?

We give out tracking numbers by request.

All UK orders have tracking numbers. Please email for yours.

If you have placed an international tracked order please email us for your tracking number. It should be ready within two days.

If you have placed an order for International Standard delivery there will be no tracking number to provide you with.


Are you able to ship to my country?

We offer worldwide shipping at checkout from our shop but if you don’t see your country listed please send us an email and we can get that sorted for you right away


How much is shipping?

Our shipping costs vary order to order due to the size and weight of each package! Your shipping will be calculated for you at the checkout.


How long will it take for me to get my order?

Order times do vary but here are our estimates:

All time estimates are taken from royalmail.com

  • First Class Royal Mail 1-2 working days

  • Second Class Royal Mail 3-5 working days

  • Royal Mail International Standard EUROPE 5-7 working days

  • Royal Mail International Tracked EUROPE 4-5 working days

  • Royal Mail International Standard NORTH AMERICA 7-10 working days

  • Royal Mail International Tracked NORTH AMERICA 5-7 working days

  • Royal Mail International Standard REST OF THE WORLD 7-10 working days

  • Royal Mail International Tracked REST OF THE WORLD 5-8 working days


Can I order multiple copies of the same book?

We want everyone to have the opportunity to buy signed copies of special books. This means if you have ordered a large quantity of the same title or we believe you are buying books to sell on at a higher price we reserve the right to cancel your order.


When will my order be shipped?

We aim to have all orders shipped within two working days of ordering.

If you have bought multiple books including pre orders we will wait until everything is ready to process your order.

If you’d like to receive your books straight away please send us an email and we can send them out to you for an additional postage cost.


I’m not happy with my dedication. Can I return my book?

All dedicated books are non returnable. It is at the authors discretion if they choose to write your particular dedication.


Do you accept returns?

We are unable to offer refunds once orders have been fulfilled, but are happy to offer you store credit in the event that you change your mind after receiving your order. Please send us an e-mail within 28 days of delivery if you would like to return your book, so we can arrange for the book to be returned and a gift card with credit sent out to you.

If your order has arrived damaged please send us an email with a photograph of the damaged item and we will help you from there.
